Any weapon I receive will be inspected and fired to prove workability. A box of shells will be required with every weapon or a box will be furnished at an added cost. A 45.00 inspection fee is procured on any weapon needing inspected. If work is done to the weapon, this fee will be nullified and the cost of the work done will be all that is required.
Cleaning cost: Pistol, Rifle, single barrel shotgun 65.00. Double barrel 85.00. Every gun gets completely torn down, flushed and clean. (better than new) I use quality cleaners and oils on your weapons. After assembly, the weapon will have a boar conditioner left in the barrel. All the wood will be cleaned and waxed before being returned.
Restoration Cost: Depending on the condition of the weapon, it will be returned in as new a condition as is allowable. pitting and battle scars on the wood can only have so much done. Costs can only be given after a thorough inspection of the weapon. It takes one to two weeks to totally restore a weapon. Any gunsmithing and parts will be an added cost. If a weapon is rusty, their will be 30.00 added to the cost of the work.
Wood renovation & Cost: One piece, 95.00. Two piece, 220.00. . The work consists of totally stripping the wood. Ironing the dents to remove as best can be done. Sanding to a 400 grit finish. Sealing and oil finish (6 to 9 coats). Finally, two coats of canubba wax.
Bluing Metal: Hand guns: 320 grit finish, 185.00. 600 grit finish, 205.00. Rifles & Shotguns: 320 grit finish, 240.00. 600 grit finish, 275.00. Double barrels: 320 grit only, 280.00.
Total restoration of a rifle or shotgun (wood included) is 480.00
Parkerizng Metal: Not offered any more

Bench work is 65.00 an hour. Machine work is 110.00 an hour.
Sights and scope mounting are done by the hour. I will install the sighting features that you supply.
If lazer sighting is requested the cost is 45.00.
Action work or Trigger work is 85.00. Trigger pull can be taken down to 2# of pull safely.
